Do you deliver over the weekends?
Our courier services don't do deliveries over the weekend. Only from Monday to Friday.
Can I track my order delivery status?
Yes, you can by going to our Order Tracking Page and clicking on the "Sent with Aramex" button to be redirected to Aramex's website where you can provide your tracking number. Their systems will show you a live status report on where your order is.
How do I return my order if something is wrong?
Contact us at info@pcworx.co.za for questions related to refunds and returns.
How are the delivery fees calculated?
We charge a flat fee of R100 for any orders below R650. Free shipping is only available when your order total is over R650 or when you choose to collect in-store.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are able to collect from our offices in Shop 214, Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg. Just select "Collect In-store" when checking out your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa / Mastercard) via Walletdoc, Electronic Bank Transfers (EFT), and cash deposits.
